Membership Agreement & Expectations

By completing your registration, your organization agrees to the following terms:

• Logo & Name Usage: You authorize the Coalition to publicly list your organization as a member and display your name and logo on our website and other marketing materials.
• Advocacy Participation: As opportunities arise, you're encouraged to help advance the coalition’s mission by amplifying Coalition messaging on social media, participating in events, writing op-eds, or submitting individual support letters.
• Policy Alignment: You confirm your organization’s support for New York State legislation authorizing fully autonomous passenger vehicles.
• Mission Alignment: Members endorse the Coalition’s central message: that New York should authorize autonomous passenger vehicles through a responsible regulatory framework.
• Our Commitment to You: Membership is completely voluntary and carries no financial obligation. The Coalition will never attribute specific policy positions or public statements to your organization without your prior written approval.• You maintain control of your involvement and may withdraw from the Coalition at any time by providing written notice.
